Accommodating and pleasant staff gave advice on things to do. The hotel had amazing location right by seafront of wonderful town with sea, mountains and castle, the beautiful Welsh coastline and the sea front. Popped in Mercat Bar for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

This hotel was brilliant base for exploring Criccieth, loved it. Booked double room, that was provided with sofa and lovely view plus chair included. The location was ideal and the staff was really helpful during the whole stay! I had quick lunch at Castle Fish & Chips, located a short walk to the venue. The restaurant was lovely, good food.

The view from the window was astonishing. Standard double room was with heating, cable channels and a seating area. Only 10 minutes walk from Criccieth centre. Food was brilliant and their restaurant was magnificent. All in all, attractive and competitive value for money.
